ट्विटर पर विवादित पोस्ट के बाद कांग्रेस सोशल मीडिया प्रमुख दिव्या स्पंदना विवादों में फस गयी दिव्या स्पंदना ने अपने ट्विटर अकाउंट पे एक पिक्चर जिसमे  नरेंदर मोदी वल्लभभाई पटेल की प्रतिमा #statueofunity का इनोग्रेशन करने पंहुचे थे ! दिव्या ने पिक्चर शेयर करते हुए लिखा की कंही ये पक्षी की पोटी तो नहीं !
