Many people have questioned Indian media's coverage in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. The coverage is found to be too intrusive and insensitive. The Press Council of India recently advised media outlets to adhere to the norms of journalistic conduct in covering cases under investigation. Without naming Sushant Singh Rajput, it said in a statement. "It has noted with distress that coverage of the alleged suicide of a film actor by many outlets is in violation of the norms of journalistic conduct and, therefore, advises the media to adhere to the norms framed by the Press Council of India."
Now recently, a video footage of a news channel went viral. It so happened that the BMC officials dropped at Kangana Ranaut's Bandra office and demolished her office, Manikarnika Films. In the video, some news reporters were seen questioning a man in uniform outside Kangana Ranaut's office. They assumed that he was a BMC employee seeing his uniform and started pestering him about why Kangana's office was demolished. He said, "Arre madam, main postman hoon, main kuch nahi kiya." Despite him saying this, some reporters kept asking him questions. The video was also shared by Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi who tweeted, "Chalo! pali hill just lost its last postman."
